Dynamic Flow Combination

PROMAG immersion systems use controlled mechanical movement within the processing chamber to improve cleaning, rinsing, and drying performance.

The integrated elevator system moves components into and out of each chamber while continuously agitating the parts during processing. This creates a dynamic flow around the components, helping reduce standing waves and part shadowing while providing more consistent surface coverage.

The result is improved cleaning performance, more uniform processing, and shorter cycle times compared with static immersion processes.

Tank Unit

PROMAG PUM-Series Clean Machine uses high-efficiency ultrasonic technology to achieve consistent cleaning performance. Transducers can be positioned on the base or sides of the tank according to the application, allowing the ultrasonic waves to be directed where it is most effective.

Automated Chemical Cleaning Systems

PROMAG chemical cleaning lines allow components to be immersed in chemical solutions for processes such as degreasing, rust inhibition, stripping, and surface preparation.

Depending on the application, chemical stages may use alkaline degreasers, surfactants, rust inhibitors, and other processing solutions to remove oil, paint, coatings, scale, grit, and other deposits before subsequent manufacturing or inspection processes.

Systems can be configured with multiple processing stages, automated part handling, controlled immersion times, and safety features designed to reduce operator exposure to aggressive chemicals.

Clean Cabinet
