The shot plate is one of the most important accessories for the acquisition of active seismic surveys (MASW, Refraction, Reflexion) done with the DoReMi. It will distribute the energy, filtering the signal optimizing it for the acquisition.

The aluminum plate keeps the higher frequencies and is more appropriate for refraction surveys, instead the PVC shot plate filter a little more the high frequencies and it is more appropriate for MASW surveys.
